We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who can help us to shape the support service, providing wider support and advice to both our customers and staff. You will be part of a small team dealing with initial enquires and signposting to the right service and officers.
The team will be the first point of contact for our customers, suppliers and responsible for invoicing and processing complex back office statutory processes, including grants and other similar functions. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to fulfil this position. Strong interpersonal skills and high level of organisational skills will be required to manage a diverse workload. Confidence to take decisions within agreed parameters will be essential.
If you are able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, be able to organise and prioritise your own workload, follow processes and procedures, have good IT skills, enjoy working as part of a team and are keen to make a difference, we would like to hear from you.
