Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 5.85 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)

About the role
Cross in Hand is a happy and successful C of E Primary School in Heathfield, East Sussex. We have genuinely lovely children, supportive parents and a great team of staff.
We are looking for 2 Individual Needs Assistants to support 2 KS1 children starting September 2023
The successful candidate would need to have a firm, consistent yet nurturing approach to supporting young children regulate emotions.
As a school, we believe that successful support of a child is dependent on there being a good mutual relationship and so any necessary training will be provided for the right candidate.
The position is being advertised as 5 days per week full-time. Applications will be considered for a job share basis. We have 2 vacancies available, 1 is a full time permanent (attached Student) contract, the other is a full time 1 temporary year contract. Please indicante your preferance on the application form.
