What does a Social Worker do at Hillingdon?
We operate a busy, innovative and dynamic Social Work Department, which is committed to providing high-quality, client focused services
We are looking to appoint Social Workers who are Best Interest Assessors(BIA), looking to develop their career in an innovative local authority, committed to realising potential.
You will join our Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS) Team within Adult Social Care, ensuring that residents are adequately safeguarded.

About you
You will be a qualified Best Interest Assessor with experience of working with Older Adults and/or People with Disabilities.
We expect you to be innovative and creative with a willingness to explore new models of working to improve the outcomes for our service users. Moreover, you will be a highly motivated individual who is able to build strong relationships to deliver the best possible outcomes for vulnerable people
