The Post
 
We have an exciting opportunity to work within the Housing Property Services team at a time when resident safety is at the top of our agenda. 
 
As the Contract Delivery Quality Manager, you will support in the delivery of key areas of property compliance including but not limited to Fire, Legionella, Asbestos, Gas, and Electrical (FLAGE), and for mechanical and electrical services to Council housing.
 
The Person
 
You will be passionate about compliance with a thorough understanding of the Council's responsibilities, specifically regarding FLAGE compliance. 
 
You will also have a good understanding of repairs and maintenance in a housing organisation of a similar size.  You will have a track record of supporting in the delivery of planned and major works schemes on time and to budget.  You will have contract management experience and technical knowledge of construction works.
