Corporate Performance Manager Ref: CPM
Salary: up to £47,619.00 p.a.
The Corporate Performance Manager will be a key member of the Resources Management team
with responsibility for leading and managing the Council’s corporate performance framework.
The role will involve developing organisational performance indicators and dashboards relating to departmental service quality standards as well as setting up processes for gathering, validating and analysing information to support service effectiveness and risk.
Applicants should have a relevant degree with previous experience in a performance management or data analytical role whilst having excellent organisational, written and communication and influencing skills They must have the ability to lead the development of a performance culture across the organisation and be able to encourage and influence managers to embrace new ways of working.
