Salary: (Grade C - D) £22,344 - £28,247 depending on experience per annum
Hours: 37 per week - Full Time and Permanent

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Officer to maintain and inspect corporate assets within the corporate property team. The post holder will be required to have a good understanding of techniques related to repairing and building maintenance, ideally qualified in a building related trade (plumbing/building/carpentry etc.,).
The candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar field of work, working managing their own workload with minimal supervision. Tools, van (Hi-ab) and clothing provided. The candidate should be prepared to work on all types of asset, including public toilets, office buildings, parks, pavement infrastructure etc. Much of the role will be assisting in the implementation of parking schemes and other highway improvement works. Existing HIAB certification is preferrable but training for the role can be provided.
The candidate should be a flexible worker able to work independently and with their own initiative to complete tasks assigned.
