About the role:
We have a full time Integrated Team Manager position available in our Isle of Wight Integrated Locality Team.
The team has a supportive and engaged wider management structure including a Service Manager and Senior Practitioners. The adult social care locality teams consist of approximately 30 staff members, including qualified Social Workers, Social work assistants and an administration team. As the Integrated Localities Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and supervision of the adult social care staff and the Northeast locality based Multi-Disciplinary Team in the community to ensure the provision of clear leadership that delivers to the departmental Care Close to home strategy.
We are well on our way on our journey of integration with our health and third sector colleagues with regular MDT Locality meetings and in some areas being co-located with health
colleagues.
