Experience in care, however, is not essential.
We support individuals to regain their independence following an accident or a period of illness, and we help them to remain in their own home.

As a Team Leader you will:
- Support and manage a team of Support Workers
- Oversee client review visits
- Lead and develop key areas of the service, for example medication and Equality & Diversity
- Be the first point of contact for Support Workers for advice, including at evenings and weekends.

Note: a driving license is required and the role involves working shifts between the hours of 7am and 10pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
