Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 5.85 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)

About the role
This is a shared role with our existing After School Club coordinator/assistant.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to help run and support our popular After School Club in our friendly village school. We need someone who is enthusiastic and energetic to organise the play activities, arrange snacks and complete daily registers.
The coordinator/assistant role includes
· Planning and delivering activities on a daily/weekly basis
· The ordering of resources for the club to ensure a varied and high quality service is provided
· Greeting parents/guardians and ensuring daily registers are completed accurately
· Plan and assist in the provision of healthy snacks for the children
· Ensure children are safe and happy
· Play and interact with the children
· Demonstrate a positive attitude, be flexible and have good communication skills
· Display high expectations of pupil behaviour
· Work well as part of a team
· Show a keen interest to play a full part in the life of the school community
A first aid qualification is desirable, but not essential.
