Following an internal promotion, we are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills to join our Works Planning team. In this role, you will be required to provide a high quality, customer-orientated, advice and information service, on the phone and online, specifically in relation to housing repairs and asset works.

The successful candidate will have experience of providing information and advice in a customer service setting as well as a knowledge and understanding of repairs work and works planning. You will also have the ability to use your own initiative, excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a busy environment.
