Compliance Case Officer – Case Management (Place)
Grade C
Full time (37 hours per week)
Permanent Position
A vacancy has arisen in the Case Management Team for a permanent Case Officer who will be dealing with case work in respect of our Housing Service Compliance Team.
The successful candidate will have competent Microsoft Office skills as well as recent and relevant administration experience, including excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
The position covers a wide range of duties including the maintaining of digital records and databases, identifying gaps in data and liaising with different departments and external contractors. The successful candidate will be proactive and able to work independently with the full support of an experienced team.
