Enabling Independence Team Worker
The starting salary for this position is £26,080 per annum, based on a 36 hour working week.
This is a fixed term contract/ secondment opportunity until April 2024, based at Quadrant Court, Woking.
We are currently looking to recruit a team worker to be a part of our Mental Health Enabling Independence offer; this is a team that seeks to support people struggling with their mental health and/or substance misuse needs. We adopt a strengths based approach, with the person at the centre, to focus on supporting people to become more independent.
You will need to have a good understanding of mental health and/or substance misuse needs and demonstrate experience of working within this area.
It is essential that you have a valid driving licence and use of a vehicle for the performance of the role. This is a full time position, although we welcome applications from people who may wish to apply for part-time hours. This fixed term contract/ secondment opportunity will end in April 2024.
An enhanced DBS 'Disclosure and Barring Service' check for regulated activity (formerly known as CRB) Adults' Barred List checks will be required for this role.
