School Business Manager - Caversham Primary School
Full time – 37 Hours per week (Part time hours will be considered)
Fixed term contract until the end of the Autumn Term 2023
Term time including 5 including inset days
We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated School Business Manager to support our Leadership team. The role balances both operational and strategic responsibilities including managing the School’s Finance, Human Resources, Premises, Health & Safety and Administration functions.
The successful candidate will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team, have the ability to contribute to school improvement and have a passion for the education sector. A proven track record of effective finance management combined with a proactive approach to problem solving and overcoming challenge is essential.
You will need strong communication skills for working across a variety of stakeholders, be able to prioritise your workload effectively and have strong IT skills.
The School Business Manager reports directly to the Co-Headteachers, the role has line management responsibility for the Office Team and Caretaker.
