Administrator/Team Support Officer
We currently have a vacancy for a part time Business Support Officer working 22.5 hours per week, 9am to 5pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.
The role is to support the business needs of the Special Educational Needs (SEND) Team.
We are looking for a dynamic forward-thinking individual who is used to working to strict deadlines and performing under pressure as well as the ability to drive forward change and improve work processes.
You should have excellent administrative skills, matched with strong customer care skills as you will be the first point of contact for all SEN queries.
You will also need a good knowledge and experience of data inputting onto required systems.
Minute taking and diary management are essential for this role as there will be a variety of meetings to administer including the weekly SEN Panel.
Organisational and prioritisation skills are a must along with the ability to make decisions and deal with highly confidential information.
Previous experience of working in Education is desirable.
