About the role
Would you like to work in a team which supports families in times of difficulty and crisis offering specialist assessments and interventions from a multi-disciplinary team. The team is known for offering high quality work in some of the most complex situations. We are looking for an experienced enthusiastic individual to work in partnership with the practitioners and administrative team to ensure smooth and accurate data collection and analysis over a number of areas.
As an Information Officer within the team, the successful candidate would be based in our office in the West of the county and work collaboratively with the office managers and the rest of the management team to provide high quality reports and analysis for use within the team and to provide to external funders. There will also be specific projects to develop and manage. The team is comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, probation officers, social workers and other staff and works across social care and the NHS.
For this post it will be important to have relevant experience and highly developed administrative and data analysis skills. They will need to manage complex situations and high demand and be able to prioritise and organise the provision of high level accurate work. They will be able to support staff in managing this work and enjoy the challenge of varied and constant problem solving. There is a culture of kindness and empathy created for our service users and staff in what can be very difficult circumstances and the successful candidate will be able to embrace and promote this culture.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
