About the role

The Weald Federation are looking for a Federation Premises Manager to work at both Mayfield CEP School and Five Ashes CEP School.

Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who has experience of working in a school setting and some knowledge of health and safety.  We require a member of staff who will take pride in their work, is reliable, flexible and can work both independently and as part of a team.  Experience is not essential as training can be provided.

As part of the role, you will be required to perform caretaking duties, be responsible for the rountine/emergency opening of school premises and ensuring the security and safety of the sites.

You will be required to perform health and safety/statutory checks so an eye for detail and a methodical approach is essential.  Part of the role inlcudes carrying out first line repairs and maintenance as well as overseeing contractors.
