Project Support Officer

We are recruiting for passionate, committed and experienced individuals to join our diverse Business Support family. We're looking for people with drive and determination to provide support to the Corporate Records Management team on our Smarter Working journey.
You will be working on-site full-time, collaboratively with your colleagues. Manual handling of record management boxes is a daily occurrence. A full driving licence and own vehicle are essential as the role will involve travel to other sites.
We have two full-time, positions available, one permanent and one fixed term for 12 months, supporting Information Assurance/Records Management, based at Lexicon House, Lincoln.
The role
The Corporate Project Support Assistant role is a fast-paced, rewarding position providing lots of variety and the chance to build on your skills.
On joining our friendly and welcoming Team you will be providing a high level of project support including supporting Service areas with change programmes, implementing new ways of working and supporting wider colleagues - enabling great networking opportunities across the organisation.
This role will require on site attendance and manual handling is an integral part of the work. A full driving licence and use of a vehicle will be required for these roles. The office base provides free parking, or easy access from the nearby train station.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for individuals with excellent IT and customer service skills who can showcase a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
You’ll also need to evidence you can meet the requirements in the Job Description.

The Business Support family work flexibly to meet the needs of all services across the organisation, this means that some of our roles require cover for later hours and weekend working.
