About the role

We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled administrator to join St Michael’s Hospice as a HR and Education Coordinator. As a key member of the Organisational Development Team, you will work across both the HR and Education functions.  Your focus will be on providing high quality and efficient administrative support and coordination of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, absence management, payroll matters and staff learning and development.  You will be a valued member of the team and will have opportunities to develop yourself personally and professionally. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR and Education Advisors and will be able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to organise and prioritise a busy and dynamic workload and good IT literacy.
