Director of Place
Can you help shape Medway’s future?
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Director of Place to join Medway, who can bring new ideas and a track record of delivery to help forge the next chapter in Medway’s story.
The role spans Medway’s monumental regeneration programme, including our £170m Housing Infrastructure Fund programme which will provide new homes, roads and community facilities on the Hoo Peninsula, and Innovation Park Medway, our flagship economic regeneration site. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the delivery and development of an exciting and vibrant cultural offer, and successfully providing key frontline services such as our highways and waste services.
As Director you will be able to work at a strategic level in partnership with key stakeholders and Members to further the interests of Medway, leading and managing a series of key services to the highest standards, bringing an entrepreneurial and commercial approach, whilst maintaining value for money throughout.
