About the Role
and general financial advisory services at the highest standards across the Council.
You will be required to act as a financial lead with managing agents and all major development capital
projects and be involved in the preparation, monitoring and reporting on commercial property
budgets. You will also ensure that that VAT and other taxes are correctly accounted for. The role
will report to the Senior Corporate and Partnership Accountant and have no line management
responsibilities.
About You
• Part Qualified Accountant or fully Qualified Accounting Technician
• Excellent spreadsheet skills
• Proven extensive experience in a finance role, preferably as an Accountant, within a Local Authority or similar organisation delivering finance services.
