About the role

We are looking to appoint an Individual Needs assistant, to work with a pupil in Year 3, every morning (8.45am – 2.30pm). The successful candidate will be someone who loves working with children, is hard working, reliable and positive with strong communication and organisational skills. Will be required to deliver small group and 1:1 interventions (under guidance of teacher or SENCo)

We are looking for the right person who will advance our pupil’s learning whilst embodying our core nurture values.

Salary: Single Status Grade 3 Scale Point 7 £10.79 per hour £20,812 pro rata

Hours: Part time 26.25 hours per week

Working pattern: Term time only. Fixed Term contract based upon the needs of the child.
