Reablement encourages people, often those who are disabled or frail, or recovering from injury or illness, to develop the confidence and skills required to allow them to continue living at home.

By working in partnership with Occupational therapists, Physiotherapists and NHS you will support service users with personal care, medication administration, stair practice, reablement walks.


You will use an electronic recording system and access other IT to enhance your role and how you deliver best practice.

Our offer includes:

Permanent posts - Varying hours/shifts available: Mornings

Morning shifts will include:
7.30am to 1.00pm (19.25 hours per week) - £12,514 - £13,966 + 10% Shift Allowance = £13,765 - £15,362
8.00am to 2.00pm (21 hours per week) - £13,652 - £15,236 + 10% Shift Allowance = £14,918 - £16,759

Salary: £12.47 to £13.91 Per Hour + 10% Shift Allowance (£13.71 - £15.30 including Shift Allowance)

You would be required to work a 7-day fortnight set shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays however be flexible at times to meet service needs.

Staff must be physically fit to undertake the role.  A driving licence is mandatory due to the travelling around the Borough.
