Customer Care Advisor
Stockbridge Village Neighbourhood Centre are looking to recruit a Customer Care Advisor to join their busy team to provide excellent customer care and advice to all existing and prospective members.
Provide information and guidance to prospective members regarding Centre facilities, programmes, membership terms and payment options.
Maintain a complete up to date knowledge of new products, centre activities and facilities, providing detailed knowledge to users and prospective customers.
Have excellent communication skills, experience of using computerised booking systems to record member and user details, process admissions and bookings and have experience of till operations and cash handling.
