Part time 10.00 hours per week – 38 weeks per year
The children, staff and governors of our lovely school value of our Midday team highly. We have worked diligently to support the development of a friendly and committed team of Midday staff who work very closely with the catering team. Our Midday Assistants Team is large for a small school as we believe in high staff to pupils ratios as this benefits everybody. We have 2 Midday Assistant opportunities to join our staff team.
We are looking to recruit Midday Assistants, who enjoy working with well behaved, polite and friendly children. They need to have high standards, a good awareness of the pastoral needs of children and the ability to have fun and laugh organising and supervising their play.
The role is not the same every day and will involves encouraging and supporting our children to eat their lunches, organising the dining hall and helping the catering team to complete the lunch service and supervising their play outside or inside depending on the weather or timetable.
Our recent OFSTED inspection is a very good reflection of our school and our ethos comes through in the report very clearly - we encourage you to read that report.
So, if you think you are the right person to come and join our team, help our children, keep them safe and enjoy a very fulfilling role within a happy and support school, please do apply!
Please return completed application forms to the Headteacher (Mrs Kathryn Brown) at the school address, preferably via email to; email@example.com demonstrating how your experience meets the essential and desirable criteria.
Closing Date: Friday 31st March at 12.00pm.
