We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Neighborhood and Enforcement Team to administer the neighbourhood and estate management function to tenants and leaseholds across the borough.

What the council is really looking for is someone with a true customer focus, an understanding of what great customer service involves and being passionate about achieving the best outcomes for our customers.

Working under the guidance of the Housing Estates Manager, you will support our promise of being a high-quality landlord through a customer focused approach in delivering an excellent responsive service to customers, providing high quality administrative and technical support, taking the lead on allocated administrative processes as necessary.

This is a role that has a lot of variety but will be very rewarding enabling you to work with residents and local communities to make a real difference. The Borough is a great place to live and work.

The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
