We are actively recruiting for an Enforcement Officer and Data analyst for the Integrated Transport Unit based at County Hall in Hertford. This exciting opportunity is for the role of Enhanced Partnership Enforcement Officer in our Contract Enforcement & Ticketing Team.
Purpose:
The role is responsible for ensuring that statutory requirements under the Intalink Enhanced Partnership are met, the data analysed will provide you with the knowledge to monitor compliance with the Enhanced Partnership targets, and to take action where these are not being met. You will report figures twice a year each April & October to the IEP
Challenges and Opportunities:
The role will require you under the supervision of the Team Leader to assist managing the day-to-day resources of the team by investigating and analysing data tracking software supplied by our technology provider to monitor and record bus service quality throughout Hertfordshire and place resources to where they’re most needed.
Technical Skills & Qualifications:
You will need good overall ICT skills and will have experience of Investigating and analysing data and the ability to work under your own initiative.
Technical, skills and qualifications needed for the role include:
• Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and organised
• Be a confident individual capable of working as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Possess excellent numeracy, communication, and IT skills
