We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated individual who can work within a team of Housing professionals to delivering the effective provision of a high quality, customer focused capital and planned construction and maintenance programme of works.
You will be required to supervise a range of construction works on all projects including New Build, Refurbishment, Demolition and Planned Programmed works.
A good knowledge of the Construction Industry, Contractual Management and Administration, Construction Design and Management Regulations and experience of Health and Safety compliance is a must.
The ability to communicate and work within a team is essential. You will have experience of contract and contractor management, quality assurance and managing budgets on public sector projects.
It is essential that you are educated to a Level 4 in a construction related discipline and possess an appropriate and current Health and Safety qualification or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
