The team is committed to delivering compliant, innovative procurements that deliver value for money and improved outcomes for the people of Halton.
You will work as part of a small, friendly, dedicated professional team supporting a wide range of procurements covering all of the Council’s services.
We are looking for somebody who is enthusiastic and motivated and is able to:
- Receive, analyse and interpret data and produce management information and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Prioritise and organise a busy workload
- Collaborate and communicate effectively
- Demonstrate good IT skills

This is an exciting time for procurement with the Transforming Public Procurement Bill currently passing through Parliament. You will have the opportunity to help to shape the Council’s response to the reforms, as well as contributing to how procurement can contribute to achieving net zero, improved social value outcomes, and tackling modern slavery.
