An exciting opportunity has arisen for Support Workers to join our team.
Our supported living service in Crowborough has been recently refurbished; there are four separate living areas where dedicated teams provide support to between three and four people.
The service is for adults with a learning disability; your role will involve working with clients to help them achieve new daily living skills to enable them to live as independently as possible.
The role is varied, supporting a range of tasks that include:
- Being responsive to the individual needs and wishes of clients
- Support with personal care
- Support with medication
- Support with domestic tasks such as cleaning, shopping, cooking
As support is provided in the clients’ home and local area, driving is not a requirement for this role.
