About the role: 
As a Void Surveyor the appointee will be expected to provide the full compliment of surveying services to the Council Housing – Homes department utilising the necessary skills, knowledge tools and techniques required to provide a comprehensive surveying service within a construction commercial and contracts environment. Your responsibilities will include building and sustaining relationships with multiple internal stakeholders and external agencies, creating a sustainable and streamlines commercial delivery practice, and managing housing and regeneration procurement projects from inception to completion. You will respond to service requests from residents, take part in pro-active enforcement action and also deal with licensing of houses in multiple occupation.&nbsp; The role will demand knowledge of Housing legislation, enforcement procedures and casework, HHSRS and guidance.

<li>Work closely with our services and the HR&amp;OD team, you will support the delivery of a high-quality EDI service, that drives organisational improvement.</li>
</ul>

We are recruiting a Locality Attendance Officer on a 12-month fixed term contract, to help improve children's attendance levels in Wirral, through effective partnership working with staff in schools.
About the Role:
As a Locality Attendance Officer, you will be required to support and advise a cluster of primary, secondary, and special schools to reduce pupils' unauthorised absence, and to keep schools up to date with current regulations and guidance linked to school attendance. You will also foster the sharing of excellent and innovative practice across Wirral schools. By providing specialist advice and guidance, you will work to ensure that all agencies encourage parents to be fully aware of the value of education and their statutory responsibilities.
About the Candidate:
We are looking for someone who can command the trust and respect of schools and families in the field of school attendance. The successful candidate will have a sound working knowledge of how school attendance concerns can be associated with wider safeguarding issues. Above all, the post-holder will be looking to improve the way we engage with our children and families to ensure they are at the heart of everything we do.

Specialist Transport Unit – In House Operations
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Specialist Transport Unit Operations Department within Operational In-House Services.
Operating out of Hawthorne Road Depot you will be responsible for the care of service users during transportation to and from specified destinations as agreed with the Service Manager.
Responsible for the delivery of the highest standard of service to some of the most vulnerable service users across the borough.
