Swim Wirral Instructors
About the Role: 
Active Wirral is seeking suitability trained, Level 2 Swimming Instructors to become part of our lesson deliver team.
The role will involve front line swimming lesson delivery to a variety of leisure stakeholders to include Swim Wirral, Aqua Tots and Adult Learn to Swim customers.
There are a variety of hours available from 10 hours per week up to 17.5 hours per week, working at the following Active Wirral Leisure Centres, Europa Pools, West Kirby Concourse, The Oval &amp; Leasowe Leisure Centre.
Swim Wirral lessons are delivered over 42 weeks per year.
About the candidate:
This is an exciting opportunity, and the successful candidate will be professional, ambitious, accountable and resident focused delivering a high standard of customer service to leisure centres and users along with all other stakeholders.
Swimming Wirral Instructors should be willing to work flexible hours across all leisure centres which may include evenings and weekend.

The Highways and Capital Delivery Service sits within the Development and Infrastructure arm of Regeneration and Economic Development leading on all Highways related matters for the Council. The team is also a key mechanism for the delivery of infrastructure projects related to highways as part of the Major Development and Investment Programme.
The role requires a practical person to monitor construction works being undertaken by the Council’s contractor on a variety of different highway to ensure they are completed to a high standard.

To work as a member of the SEN team to ensure the statutory requirements currently relating to the assessment of children with SEN are met within the current Performance Indicators including:

<li>Preparation &amp; circulation of letters to parents &amp; professionals.</li>
<li>Requesting &amp; tracking provision of advice.</li>
<li>Preparation of EHC plans.</li>
<li>To ensure that parents &amp; young people are fully involved in drawing up EHC plans, and in reviews and assessments.</li>
<li>To work in partnership with parents &amp; other service users to ensure that the need for mediation, tribunal and dispute resolution procedures is kept to a minimum.</li>
