We are looking for an events professional with experience as an events producer, someone who has high attention to detail whilst being able to develop and execute a strong vision for impactful events, and work with multiple partners.&nbsp; Interpersonal skills are critical, as is an ability to manage a portfolio of projects, to time, cost and quality.&nbsp; We are looking for innovation, flexibility, and a team player but also a lead subject matter expert to lift the CA’s events provision to an even more professional level.

This varied and rewarding role will involve providing person centred and bespoke care and support, assisting people to engage in opportunities that are meaningful to them, and this includes providing dignified personal care.
You will be required to work flexibly across any of the Adult Provider Services throughout the borough, and the role can involve any of the following: shift work, waking nights, weekends and bank holidays. In some parts of the service, you will be required to lone work.
You will join a friendly team where training and ongoing support is provided.
The post is subject to enhanced hours and sleep in payments. An enhanced DBS check will also be undertaken.

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Performance, Research and Evaluation Team within the Combined Authority. This involves leading on Delivery Planning and Performance Reporting within the Authority.
This is a 12 month fixed term vacancy.&nbsp;
&nbsp;The key responsibilities will involve:

<li>•Assisting service areas to develop robust delivery plans which include activities and milestones to support the achievement of the Corporate Plan</li>
<li>•‍Tracking delivery progress, key performance indicators and outcomes achieved against a range of metrics</li>
<li>•‍Identifying and reporting on under-performance and actions needed to address change and risks arising</li>
<li>•‍Presenting data collated in accessible reports and dashboards for a range of audiences including individual teams through to the Executive Leadership Team</li>
<li>•‍Preparing reports for the CA and presenting performance reports at Portfolio Boards</li>
<li>•‍Ensuring effective processes and systems are in place to evidence progress in delivering strategic objectives and reporting on operational business management data (via the Corporate Health Dashboards)</li>

We are looking for a qualified tradesman to undertake repairs and maintenance work in both tenanted and empty properties, predominantly relating to Damp, Mould and Disrepair.

You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to work within our customer's homes for the completion of repair and maintenance works.
&nbsp;
You will possess a City&nbsp;and Guilds, or equivalent qualification, combined with knowledge of general building and construction. You will require a friendly and positive outlook, along with experience of dealing with the public and a full valid driving licence.
