We are looking for passionate and proactive Shift supervisor to join our team in the Children’s Home at Beaulieu House. As a Shift supervisor, you will be leading shifts and support the staff team with the young people. Many of our team have progressed into Deputy Manager, Registered Manager, and Social Worker roles.</p>\n<p>The Service is open 52 weeks of the year, we work to a responsive rota which provides staff with 6 weeks rota at a time. The successful candidates will be working a mixture of earlies, lates, and weekend shifts.
