The school is looking for someone who is committed and ambitious for their own professional development.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have a background in SEND (but this is not a requirement). We are looking for someone who is qualified to lead our SEND provision and fulfil responsibilities in the role of SENDCO. We have a relatively small level of pupils registered as SEND across the school and already a small team of SEND assistants who support pupils.
