Reporting to the Tonbridge Castle, Events &amp; Customer Services Manager, you will undertake a customer facing role supporting our telephony service to residents providing excellent multi skilled customer service across all access channels as well as Tonbridge Tourist Information Centre, Castle Attraction and Conference Centre.
Educated to GCSE grade C standard or above in maths and English (or equivalent), you will have previous experience of providing a customer focussed, front-line, public enquiry service. &nbsp;You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, and demonstrate confident IT skills.
There is a lot to learn, so you must be prepared to assimilate and retain a large amount of information quickly and demonstrate a “can-do” approach to your work. &nbsp;In return we will give you excellent ongoing training and support.

We also work with a wide range of partners including HMRC, Police, other Council departments and government agencies.&nbsp;This apprenticeship is run by Credit Services Association who are responsible for supporting you with your learning and carrying out assessments. Delivery will be a flexible combination of monthly, online group workshops, e-learning, structured workplace learning, tutorials, and mini projects. &nbsp;Your role will be linked to the knowledge, skills and behaviours in the apprenticeship standard and once you are competent in all these areas you will take an End Pont Assessment before successfully completing.
