As a Practitioner, you will:<ul>
<li>Use intensive, flexible, and assertive outreach to build trusted relationships.</li>
<li>Co-develop care plans and deliver bespoke, creative interventions to support personal goals.</li>
<li>Promote effective use of long-acting reversible contraception (LARC) as part of the Pause model.</li>
<li>Work closely with key local services including health, housing, and mental health.</li>
<li>Apply trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches and ensure high-quality case recording and data management.</li>
<li>Safeguard adults and children, contribute to reflective practice, and promote continuous learning.</li>
</ul>This role involves managing women's support budgets and requires flexible working, including occasional work outside normal office hours.This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.About You:To succeed in this role, you will bring passion, resilience, and professional insight, alongside:<ul>
<li>A relevant qualification or equivalent experience (e.g. social work, mental health, education, criminal justice, youth work, or counselling).</li>
<li>Knowledge of safeguarding, child development, and trauma-informed practice.</li>
<li>Experience working with individuals with complex needs, including substance misuse, domestic abuse, and mental health challenges.</li>
<li>Confidence in case management and advocating on behalf of vulnerable clients.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and inspire.</li>
<li>An understanding of professional boundaries and a commitment to reflective practice.</li>
