This new and exciting opportunity is for for an ambitious and motivated professional who will play a key role in shaping the future of the school. Our new head of school will have delegated responsibilities.
The successful candidate will:
- Be an outstanding teacher.
- Be an active member of the SLT and assisting the interim executive headteacher in leading the school.
- Have excellent communication skills with a confident manner.
- Have good IT skills and the ability to use various educational software packages, and social media platforms.
- Have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and with attention to detail.
- Lead on key strategic areas of our school improvement.
- Assist with the management of teaching staff and support teams.
- Model the highest of expectations with a drive for excellence.
- Lead on the creation and modification of policies, communicating these effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
- Engage in whole school training and development.
- Contribute to a safe and welcoming learning environment for pupils, particularly for those who may be vulnerable.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the Christian ethos of the school.
