class=\"customHTML\">We are proud that our Redbridge Children and Families Service was recently rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted for the second time and is now taking forward the DfE’s <em class=\"customHTML\">Families First for Children</em> Pathfinder Programme.</span></p>\n<p class=\"customHTML\"><span class=\"customHTML\"> </span></p>\n<p class=\"customHTML\"><span class=\"customHTML\">This exciting new Pathfinders programme will support families to access the right help at the right time to overcome challenges, stay together and thrive.  Aligned with this will be expert multi-agency safeguarding arrangements to protect children and young people from harm.</span></p>\n<p class=\"customHTML\"><span class=\"customHTML\"> </span></p>\n<h4 class=\"customHTML\"><span class=\"customHTML\">Joining us would give you the opportunity to participate in the continuous development of our service whilst receiving supportive management and access
