LEVEL 3 TEACHING ASSISTANT

Coundon Primary School is looking to appoint a hard-working, dedicated, enthusiastic and inspirational Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team from September 2025.

The position is term time only, plus training days and will be from 8.30am until 4.00pm.

To be successful in this role you must have:-

- Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or an equivalent Level 3 UK Educational Qualification.
- An outstanding attitude and commitment to going over and above to role model the highest expectations for teaching and learning.
- Excellent communication skills, organisation, professionalism and the ability to work as part of a hardworking team.
- A strong, confident and positive attitude towards making a difference to pupils' lives.
- The ability to provide a nurturing and consistent relationship with children.
