£22,021 – £25,295 per annum, pro rata

Are you passionate about supporting local high streets, and all the local businesses on them? If so, you could be the right person to join our busy, friendly and energetic Development Strategy Team.

We have a strong track record of supporting local businesses, inward investment opportunities and working with local partners to drive forward economic development in the District. We are now looking to expand our support offer to the local businesses in Blaby town centre, and other centres in the District where businesses have an appetite to work together to make improvements happen.

As a result, we are looking to recruit a positive, highly motivated individual to be our new High Street Support Co-ordinator to work with our local business groups and other key partners, and make exciting things happen to improve our centres for both our businesses, and the wider local communities. This will include high street promotional and marketing activities, events organisation, and exploring and accessing potential funding sources for high street improvements, amongst many other possible opportunities.
