We are seeking an experienced leaders to join our front line service in the South and North West Central areas. You will join and lead an established service comprising of 7 team managers and lead our service to good and outstanding. You will join a stable and permanent leadership team working closely together to continually improve practice. You will be committed to achieving permanence for our children in care, you will also have good financial acumen and be able to achieve best value provision for our children. You will be based at one of our area offices in the South or West of the city We are the largest provider of family support and social care services for children, young people and families in the country. Our goal is to become a centre of excellence in social care and family support. We have successfully reduced our reliance on agency social workers to create stability within our workforce.
