Do you have a successful track record in tackling rough sleeping? Are you looking for a fresh challenge in a new and exciting, high profile leadership role?

In Northampton, we are investing in the large-scale expansion of our Housing Advice and Options Service and establishing a Single Homelessness Pathway Service that will integrate our nightshelter, our street outreach workers and navigators, and our preventative work with prisons, hospitals and the leaving care team.

We are now looking to appoint an exceptional team player who has the skills, qualities and experience that are needed to not only encourage and promote innovative, solution-focused, multi-agency working but also to lead, inspire, direct and motivate our large multi-disciplinary Single Homelessness Pathway Team.

To meet the requirements of this new and exciting role, you will lead by example and have previous experience of managing performance, improving housing services and contributing positively to effective multi-agency working.

Tenacious and outcome focused, you will have excellent communication skills and be a skilled and effective negotiator and problem-solver. You will be a clear thinker, be able to see the bigger picture and work well under pressure.
