*applications are made to the Court of Protection and the Department for Works and Pensions for WBC to manage the financial affairs of those customers who do not have the capacity to do so for themselves
*we fully manage the financial affairs of those customers where WBC hold relevant authority – this includes paying bills, ensuring that all appropriate income is secured and that investment of possible savings is made to best suit the customer, as well as making benefit applications, supporting financial decisions in the home, such as holidays, furniture purchase, household goods, vet visits and funeral plans and all in the best interest of the customer. Customers can be resident in their own properties or living in residential/nursing home accommodation.
