The Governors of this popular and successful primary school are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join the staff team in supporting pupils in our Key Stage One and Lower Key Stage Two classes. The post is to start in September 2019.
You would be joining a welcoming, dedicated and skilled staff team who put the interests of the child at the centre of all they do. You would be working from 9 - 1pm daily in the classroom and supporting pupils over the playtime and the lunch period with a particular responsibility for the well-being of pupils with additional needs.
Teaching Assistant Level 1 qualification is essential.
Experience of working in a school setting would be an advantage.
The successful applicant will be a highly motivated, positive person who understands the needs of young children and their families.
This is a temporary post in the first instance until April 2020.
