We are excited to be recruiting for 2 Senior Social Workers to assist the Team Manager in providing an excellent social work service to adults and their carers in Medway. We operate a generic locality model so this a great opportunity to work with all service user groups.
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our existing teams.
We advocate a strengths based model where we assist individuals to maximise their own support networks where possible and continue to remain living in the community where possible.
You will help to manage our busy team based duty system, supervise other team members and hold a small caseload of complex cases including safeguarding.
You need to be a qualified BIA, Practice Educator or AMHP or provide evidence that you are working towards one of these qualifications.

Essential qualifications/experience - A recognised professional Social Work qualification recognised by HCPC.
