Inclusive Salary Up To £18,795 to £19,171 per year

The role requires the person to carry out duties to ensure the smooth running of the Building and Facilities function within the Civic Centre and other Council owned buildings as required, including (but not limited to): caretaking, access and security, portering, minor maintenance and PAT testing, room bookings (internal and external hirings) and set up, day to day supervision of vending machines, cleaning, plant maintenance and recycling and waste collection contracts.
Ideally the person will have a First Aid Certificate (or willingness to undertake training) and PAT testing Certificate (or willingness to undertake training).
They will need to participate in a rota system to offer service delivery for 7 days per week from 7.30am to 11.30pm Monday to Friday and Weekends as required.
