We are looking for an individual who has a Diploma in social work or equivalent qualification, and be HCPC registered. You will be a pro-active analytical thinker, with experience of working within a multi-agency context as well as a sound knowledge and understanding of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults. You will also need to be a strong team worker, who brings ideas for service delivery and partnership with parents and young people to a Service that Ofsted rated in February 2019 as “Good with Outstanding Leadership and Management”.
You will be part of developing and supporting a comprehensive service for Disabled Children and Young People and their families arising out of the Council's duties and powers under legislation and regulations, Council and Departmental policies and procedures within the Disability Enablement Service.
