This is a great opportunity to be gain exposure to the Housing Management services within Camden Council as an Estate Parking and Access Officer. Due to internal movement, we have an opportunity for 4 individuals to join our busy team in managing the non-residential property portfolio, increase income for the Housing Revenue Account and administer the communal entrance keys service to a high standard. You will work with various teams such as: the Voids team and the Tenancy Services team.
You will be a proactive individual with the commitment, drive and ability to deliver high service standards. You will have great communication and interpersonal skills as you will liaise with customers regarding their queries, requests and complaints on a regular basis. You will process requests for repairs in partnership with operatives, as well as be required to assist the Estate Parking and Access Manager to implement the investment programme for non-residential properties. You will have no problem visiting estates and inspecting sheds, garages and parking spaces in line with our lone working policy.
