Reporting to the Council’s Head of Buildings, Facilities and Administration, you will help deliver the Council’s building repairs plan through planned and responsive works across the Council’s property portfolio (which includes several leisure centres). In addition you will support the Estate Service Manager in delivering the Council’s Estates function through the provision of advice to internal and external customers relating to Council owned land, maintaining record systems and producing plans/maps.
With a minimum of GCSE level education, or equivalent, you will have experience of working in a building maintenance/surveying role and excellent IT and communications skills. You will be able to travel independently, using your own car, throughout the borough to various sites.
This is a varied role which the right candidate will relish.
