Primrose Gardens is a 65 unit extra care scheme that is expected to open in Summer 2019. We are looking to appoint an Assistant Manager to support the Housing Accommodation Manager in the opening of the scheme and its’ first year of operation.
We are looking for a self-motivated person with experience of working with vulnerable people and who understands the issues facing elderly residents in need of care, with the ability to respond appropriately to those needs. You will deputise for the Housing Accommodation Manager and act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and on-site care providers. You will have excellent customer care skills and the ability to resolve queries and issues which may arise. The successful applicants will have in depth knowledge of housing issues, an understanding of relevant legislation and knowledge of health, safety and security relating to a residential unit.
